Click the activate your kit button then enter the ID code on the collection tube. The lab can’t process your kit until it’s activated.
About 30 seconds of gentle cheek swabbing, then the prepaid mailer takes it from here. The full step-by-step is below.
An easy-to-read report comparing your dog’s biological age to their calendar age, ready to share with your vet. We’ll email you the moment it lands.
See why the second test tells the real storyAn unregistered tube can’t be matched to your dog, so the lab can’t process it.
A food-free mouth means a sample rich in the DNA the lab needs. Water counts too.
The preservation solution works best when the sample ships fast. FedEx, prepaid, any location.
Four components, one job: getting your dog’s cheek cells to the lab in perfect shape.
Preservation solution behind a foil seal. It stands upright in the box while you swab.
Hold it by the handle only and keep the tip clean.
Standard practice for lab samples. The capped tube rides inside.
Prepaid FedEx. Seal it, drop it, done.
The DNA comes from cells inside the cheek, not from saliva, so a thorough swab matters. Four moves that make it easy on both of you.
Collection goes easiest when your dog is relaxed, not wound up.
Rub a regular cotton swab inside their cheek beforehand so the real thing isn’t a surprise.
A second set of hands to hold or distract your dog makes everything smoother.
Stay calm and keep reassuring them. Patience beats speed.
Twelve quick steps, grouped like the printed guide in your box. Your dog only sits still for about 30 seconds of it.

Nothing to eat or drink for 30 minutes before collecting. Both can interfere with results.
And keep your phone or tablet nearby.
Scan the QR code inside the kit box and follow the prompts: the tube’s ID code plus your dog’s details. Finish before you swab.
Uncap the collection tube and stand it upright in the holder inside the box. Keep the cap close.

Hold it by the plastic handle only, and keep the tip clean.
Sitting or lying down, with their head held gently still.
Lift their lip and slide the swab between cheek and gum line. Rub and rotate for about 30 seconds, roughly 20 rotations. If they pull away, pause and resume.
With the tube upright, push the swab down through the foil seal until it reaches the bottom.

Snap the handle at the break point, toss it, and cap the tube tightly.
Gently invert the capped tube 5 times.
Tube into the biohazard bag, bag into the prepaid FedEx mailer, seal both.
Drop it at any FedEx location. Sooner is better for results.
*For animal use only. Keep all kit components out of reach of children and pets. Use only the materials provided in this kit, collect from one dog per kit, and never reuse materials, combine them with another kit, or use anything that looks damaged. Follow every step closely: an unactivated kit or unregistered tube may prevent processing and mean no report, and insufficient sample, contamination, improper handling, or shipping delays may delay results or require a new sample.
Your part wraps in minutes. Here’s what happens while your dog gets back to napping.
Quick, required, and waiting in your dog’s profile. It puts their results in context.
Your portal tracks your dog’s sample from arrival to report, and we’ll email you along the way.
The report lands by email, written in plain English and ready to share with your vet.
One test tells you where your dog is. Two tell you where they’re headed.
A snapshot of how your dog’s cells are aging right now. No passing or failing, just a starting line.
Same easy swab, new snapshot. Now a single number becomes a direction.
Tracking biological age over time is where the real magic is. Trends are what’s worth watching, and worth sharing with your vet.
Here’s to the first swab of many.
